TCA ends 2011-2012 season on high note

The last match of the season for TCA starts on right note as stanes cc struggles 30 for 2 in 5 overs , but in form ''udhay" scored 77* and he was well supported by 'sarathy '(33) and 'surendhar' (24) to helps STANES CC post a big score of 231 in 50 overs .
Chasing 231 in hot sunny day was not an easy task especially after fielding 50 overs , but TCA have never say die attitude and its top order bats man gives a very good start, mainly from sampath kumar 15 (8 balls) and periyasamy 20 runs (8balls) it gives tca to reach 62/2 in 7 overs.
From there after its sanju kaarthi show he scored 85 runs in 118 balls with 9 timely hit boundary's and he was welly supported by supramani (43) helps TCA reach 214 for 5 in 43 overs , but late drama and sudden collapse make the score 225 for 9 in 47 overs but prabhakar and chellapandi bats steadily to reach the target in 48.4 overs and give tca a fine win
This win assures TCA runner up trophy and it loose the championship by a whisker .
